RICK HANSEN FOUNDATION ACCESSIBILITY CERTIFICATION 2021

150 King West is a proud recipient of the Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification, a testament to our ongoing effort to embrace innovative solutions to accessibility to ensure all demographics can equitably access all spaces. Recently, we have undergone significant renovations to modernize almost all areas of the building – 150 King West includes three levels of underground parking, including a large bicycle parking area; the amenity concourse includes a modern fitness center with studios, change rooms, and steam rooms; and the concourse level includes a small retail corridor that is connected to the PATH network. These efforts along with our focus on green building practices aimed at reducing the environmental impact and setting new standards for improving energy usage and lowering our carbon footprint has contributed to receiving this certification.

The Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification (RHFAC) program works to help improve accessibility of the built environment in Canada.
